I led the requirements gathering, product specification, design (UI and content), and buildout of a new travel experience marketplace for wine regions around the world. We extended an existing brand and technology platform to support discovery, scheduling, and e-commerce for experience booking.

Opportunity

Winery visits are increasingly becoming more than just wine tastings at the counter. Visitors want more adventure and more memorable experiences. The marketplace serves to provide a niche, highly qualified booking platform for curated global experiences in wine regions.

Outcome

My process included competitive & user research, requirements gathering, technical specifications, storytelling, and design. I delivered responsive, production-ready product designs to our technology partner and co-managed the platform build-out.
